Generally speaking, there’re many different ways to custom your socks.

1.Jacquard socks.
Jacquard Knit socks are created using a traditional process that beautifully knits graphic designs and patterns. The hallmark of Jacquard Knit socks is their complex woven-in designs. It is concave and convex pattern made of woven fabric interlaced with longitude and latitude, which is woven during the weaving procedure. In fact, it is the most traditional sock decoration way. Commonly. Jacquard socks limited on color quantity and high quantity knitting MOQ. and once the design pattern is complex, you will see quite abundant threads inside of the socks. This is unavoidable as if cut them off it will destroy the knitted pattern.
2.Sublimation socks.
Dye Sublimated Socks process is print designs on sublimation transfer paper sheets. And then transfer the prints on the socks materials at 220℃ for 30~40seconds (different temperature and time according to the physical socks). The sublimated socks with bright color.Highly restore the color of the original designs.
What is shortage of sublimated socks?
1. As the heat press step will create the pressing lines on 2sides. And possible your designs will not be integrated due to the side joint lines..
2. As pressing designs on socks which the socks material is not stretched. So when people wearing it or bit over stretching the socks, it will leak white. People did solve it make interior black elastic on sublimation socks ( stretch and check if you got pair of sublimated socks)
3.Sublimation only works for high percentage polyester material socks. As the transfer paper coating layer and sublimation ink only works for polyester materials. so. If the socks surface which you like your design to be sublimated on, the higher percentage polyester material you got. Superior sublimated effect you will get.
360 digital printing method applied on socks, which is the most advanced printing method nowadays. We can load designs in to the printing software. There’s special RIP software would handle your design and rip it into the format which printer can read correctly. (Rip software is very critical as the icc profiles preset for the socks printer will make design printing differently, as well as the inkjet ink)
the process is put socks on the printer cylinder, and load on to the printer, then socks printer will be able directly inkjet on socks materials. Later on, socks will be pulled out from cylinder and hang into heater(oven) curing temperature at 180℃ for 3~4mins.
Digital printed socks can be variously materials. polyester, cotton, bamboo, woolen, nylon socks etc. which the printing on polyester socks is the simplest. This is very similar to textile industry. Which for different materials we need to apply different inks and processes.

so. What’s steps if I like to custom my socks by digital printing.
Step1: Choose socks model
You can select from our existing socks model. Or custom your own socks model. Custom your own socks model would need 3000pairs MOQ per knitting request.
Step2: Make your designs
We will provide your layout against socks model. Or just send us your idea our designer will help you on the designing adjustment.
Design format: ai, psd. jpg, pdf etc any format would work.
Step3: Sample printing
It will take 3~7days for sampling making. We will send you photo for confirmation, if you will need physical samples we will provide you with freight collect.
Polyester socks sampling charge 50$. Cotton socks sampling charge 100$. (exclude express, order over 3000pairs sampling charge is refundable)
Step4: Sample confirmation
After view the printed sample photos or receive physical samples. Customer confirm on the samples. Also related package informations.
Step5: Bulk production
We will proceed mass production against your confirmed sample. Before production 30% TT deposit is required.
Step6: Delivery
Once production is finished, we will provide you with photos/videos and balance payment need to be cleared before shipping.
500pairs delivery within 5 business days. +express time 5~10days from China
1000pairs delivery within 8 business days. +express time 5~10days from China
2000pairs delivery within 15 business days. +express time 5~10days from China
