Over all, the digital printed cotton socks is a bit more bright than digital printed polyester socks.
In our previous experience, polyester socks is more welcomed in USA market. And cotton socks is more welcomed the in European market.

Digital printing in is water base ink. It’s environmental ink. Both sublimation ink and reactive ink are very matured in printing industry. So you don’t have to worry the colorfastness. The level reached 4~5. Attached the testing report.
Ps: as there’s spandex(elastic) in polyester socks. This material can not absorb the ink. So first wash there’s little ink comes off. But after one washing. It will not comes out.
Regarding cotton socks. There’s washing process operation already done in the production. So spandex rest inks already washed off.
Yes, of course. we offer free samples with our designs printed for customers to check printing quality.. samples are free but freight collect. normally express charge at 50$. or if you have courier account we could directly use your account.
Yes, we require all international orders to have an ongoing minimum order quantity. digital printing has less MOQ limit (we can even print 1pair per design). while consider the labor work efficiency.we would set MOQ 100pairs per design per size. if less than 100pairs but total qty is 100pairs pls discuss further with extra custom cost.

We will provide you layout(size) so you can start to make your designs.
If you like to save time in designing, you can take a look from our existing designed. We have 7series collection for customer to choose. It includes: flower series. Fruit series. Cartoon series, sports series. Abstract series. Oil painting series. etc.
And welcome to give suggestion if you like some design new. We will enlarge our collection series in each period.
※Step3. Socks sampling printing
Sampling printing will takes 3~7days.
Polyester socks sample charge 50$/time
Cotton socks sample charge 100$/time
Sample charge is refundable if order over 3000pairs.
You can confirm sample by photos/videos. We can provide you physical sample if necessary (by express 35~50$)
※Step4. Sample confirmation
Once sample is approved, customer confirm the detail order qty.
※Step5. Bulk production
Customer confirm the order, make the 30% deposit. We proceed bulk order against confirmed sample.
※Step6. Balance payment
Once production is completed. We will provide with photos and customer make balance 70% payment.
※Step7. Delivery
Small volume we suggest send via express. We have cooperated express agent. Like DHL, FEDEX,TNT, UPS etc.
Large volume we suggest delivery via sea shipping. Can be your assigned agent. Or our cooperated shipping forwarder.

Unfortunately, we cannot take returns or exchanges of CUSTOM ORDERS. Custom orders will be proceed until sample confirmed. they are with your photos/designs/logo, they cannot be sold to anyone else. All sales are final on custom orders unless we sent you the wrong size or if you find a damage to the product. thanks for your understanding.
Normal custom socks order has OPP bag as default package. if you like to have custom package. the MOQ is 1000pairs, and custom package would be extra cost. or less than this, we can have MOQ package and run it for few batches order each time.
The shipping cost depends on the way you choose to get the goods. Express is normally the most quickest but also most expensive way. By sea freight is the best solution for big amounts. Exactly freight rates we can only give you if we know the details of amount, weight and way. Please contact us for further information.
